As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?

Your overall revenue from your email and SMS should be no less than +30% of your overall website revenue. If you aren't at 30%, check your flows. You probably have some work to do.

Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?

I love nuuds and Dagne Dover. nuuds, is clothing to make you feel beautiful. Comfortable basics, that are quality and not cheap feeling. I love that they are on a mission to make you feel comfortable in your own skin, regardless of shape, size or background. Dagne Dover, love their marketing and onsite shopping experience. You can tell they've put a lot of effort into creating a great UX onsite, and what sets their products a part from the rest.

We will always start our engagement together by doing an audit. We find the places where we can make a direct impact quickly and start there. Time is money and we want to make sure that our clients get immediate increase in revenue by working with us.

What’s your favorite data point to dive into? Why?

Deliverability. One poor performing email domain service provider can really tank your overall deliverability and impact your revenue. Open rates and CTR.
