As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?

Collect data (legally). From zero and 1st-party data to the measurement and attribution of your campaigns, data will help your ecommerce brand make informed decisions (immediately and in the future), generate personalized creative that converts, and lower the cost of acquiring new customers.

2

Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?

Aventon. They truly understand their audience, how to solve their pain points, and how the brand aligns with their audience's values.

3

How should someone approach you about working together?

We love to partner with ambitious brands who are looking to scale. If you're reading this and fall into those categories, we should talk.

4

What’s your favorite data point to dive into? Why?

Lifetime Value (LTV) and this comes back to the data we spoke about earlier. If a brand is collecting the right data (read: zero and 1st-party data), there's a significant opportunity to increase your customer's lifetime value. We all understand that it's always easier to keep existing clients than it is to acquire new ones and data is how you do it at scale.
