As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?

Great DTC content =/= great Amazon content. Almost all brands can improve their primary images with more legibility, visible product samples, and attributes called out (and discernible on mobile!)

Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?

Taco Bell. They've always been the kings/queens of quiet innovation and staying relevant. Think of how many cultural phenoms they've created: fourthmeal, baja blast, live mas, stoner food culture, chalupas, crunchwraps, doritos collab, truff collab, cantina, etc.
