As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?

Reduce clicks to commerce. Make it as easy as possible for customers to buy your product. Create a sticky add to cart experience on mobile and quick add to cart for bestsellers on the home page. It seems simple but most brands neglect these easy to implement items when designing their website.

2

Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?

Cometeer! I absolutely love their coffee, and they make it easy to order. They've done an incredible job with their brand and communicating to their customers.

3

How should someone approach you about working together?

We encourage prospective clients to reach out via our website. We offer a free consultation and want to get to know how Fireside can partner with a client on a deeper level to drive results.

What’s your favorite data point to dive into? Why?

I am going to cheat and offer two: cost per acquisition (CPA) and lifetime value (LTV). We find that if you don't focus on both of these metrics, it becomes incredibly difficult to scale and grow your company. A lot of brands feel their job is done if they can cost-effectively acquire customers, but if you can't retain them, it becomes fiscally challenging to grow your business.
