As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?
One effective way to improve the customer experience on your ecommerce site is to optimize the product search function. A user-friendly search with clear results, filters, and sorting options can help customers quickly find what they're looking for.
Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?
My brand crush for Nike is strong and unwavering. I am in awe of their bold and creative approach to design, which sets them apart from others in the industry. They have a timeless quality that speaks to their heritage and commitment to excellence. Nike never fails to impress, whether it's their iconic logo or innovative product designs. I admire their fearlessness in taking risks, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and their ability to create products that inspire and motivate consistently. Their commitment to sustainability and social responsibility inspires my admiration for the brand.
How should someone approach you about working together?
Potential clients can contact me through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or LinkedIn. Yes, I am open to new clients! I handle new client engagements on a case-by-case basis. I listen to the client's needs, evaluate the project's scope, and determine if my skills and experience align with their requirements. If there is a good fit, I will provide them with a proposal outlining the scope of the work, timeline, and budget!
What’s your favorite data point to dive into? Why?
I am passionate about abandoned cart data on ecommerce sites because it provides valuable insights into consumer behavior and offers a huge opportunity for optimization. Understanding why customers abandon their carts and addressing those pain points can lead to increased conversions and a better overall shopping experience for the customer.
