As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?

Ecommerce brands need to prioritize meaningful measurement to drive growth. Focus on incrementality, the principle that marketing spend actually contributed to growth, as in it “incremented” the business in some way. For ecommerce brands, the key is focusing marketing activities on those that successfully drive incremental revenue impact. To measure incrementality, brands can start by performing classic A/B tests or Matched Market Tests (MMTs).

2

Who’s your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?

Outdoor Voices are crushing it on social media, especially on TikTok, and have really succeeded at creating an inclusive community for the people that love their brand.

3

How should someone approach you about working together?

Yes, we are always expanding our client network. Send me an email at katie.corbett@powerdigital.com and we can get a call on the calendar to discuss your business goals.

4

What’s your favorite data point to dive into? Why?

We love to validate how incremental marketing efforts are for our clients' businesses. Factoring in an incrementality coefficient–in other words, what modifier we put on attribution tools–is an important step in knowing where to allocate resources (whether paid or organic).
