As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?
Invest in brand awareness and PR for the first 1-2 years of growth, even if you're not seeing a direct ROI. After building brand awareness you can then optimize and scale with an affiliate marketing strategy. Affiliate marketing and PR work hand in hand, but in order for affiliate to work there needs to be a layer of brand "buzz" to get people to publisher audiences to convert.
Who's your current brand crush, and what do you love about them?
I have a BIG brand crush on East Fork. The way they balance intention, purpose, brand voice, design and product quality is *chef's kiss*. I'm from Asheville, North Carolina and have a soft spot for businesses back home.

What's your favorite data point to dive into? Why?
I geek over new customer acquisition. Because we're getting our clients featured in top tier press and high quality content sites, we see a high new customer acquisition percentage (average 70%). It's fascinating to see this metric flux depending on the publication, the time of year, etc.
