As an expert in your space, can you share one small but actionable tip for brands?

The most common email marketing mistake I see is that brands forget to add a flow filter to their welcome series. This removes people from the flow who make a purchase (have placed order 0 times since starting this flow). These customers should be moved into the Post Purchase flow.
