What are my payment options?
Tydo bills you through Stripe. For our Growth and Pro plans, we offer customized billing and payment terms as well as discounts for longer contracts.
How do I cancel my plan?
To cancel your Tydo plan, contact our Support team at support@tydo.com.
We want to add new users to our plan. How is that billed?
All Tydo offerings are billed on a per-store basis. You can add as many users to your Tydo account as you’d like.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Contact our Support team at support@tydo.com.
When will I be charged?
Tydo plans are paid monthly. Our Starter plan is free and includes access to Store Overview, Email Reports, Questions, and Discover. Additional paid blocks (coming soon) will be charged on a monthly basis through Stripe.
For Growth and Enterprise plans, we offer customized billing and payment terms, including discounts for longer contracts. We charge you directly through Stripe.
